This week the wickedly lovely ladies of the BK's excellent new INVOCATION party January Hunt, Avana Vana and Jane Pain stage a full-on destruction of the WIERD World, as we welcome MENSES and FOREPLAY with guest DJ Avana for a chillingly slippery evening of darkly splendid electronic witchery at midnight! January's modular synthesis has been enshrouded in an arcane vacuum of extraordinary mystery for months deep down in the bunker of Invocation HQ and tonight will be her live debut. Needless to say being musically birthed up inside the identical mind of the month that IS your self is a wild proposition to wrap your little frigid face around - IT should be ontologically intense to behold indeed, as IT always is without fail. Foreplay is the new pummellingly prudish power electronics project of her majesty Ms. Pain and her burly beau, none other than the ever-restrained and impeccably mannered cabana boy of Life and Death VR himself Mr. Chris Hansell, and this will also be their NYC debut. WIERD has an endless history of abjectly aborting so many of the darkest and heaviest brilliant new electronic heretics out into the abstract aether of the external world over the past zillion years, come on out tonight as we do IT again, and bask in the prickly pleasures of the fetal future of the new frozen hot BK underground.
