WIERD Presents the Pre-No Fun Fest 2009 Bash!

On behalf of the WIERD World in the coming week - live through this kids...should be quite a wild cold ride! Is eVRyone prepared for the tornado of frozen cold pleasures we are about to unleash???...VR :)
Firstly I'm happy to at long last announce the release date for the debut LP from Blacklist entitled 'Midnight of the Century' is officially Set for Tuesday May 26th! The following evening Wednesday May 27th the WIERD weekly party will play host to the official record release party for this absolute masterpiece!, more info on this next week...until then the next Blacklist live gig will be this coming Saturday May 16th at Glasslands Gallery.
This week will be truly a Very Rare evening at the weekly WIERD Party as we are throwing a huge blowout for all our old amazing VRiends rollin into town and crashin at chez WIERD for Carlos Giffoni's NO FUN FEST 2009 at The Music Hall of Williamsburg Fri-Sun. - the world's most prestigious music festival devoted to experimental Synth, Wave and Industrial/Noise music the world over for 6 years running now! This Wed. we will feature performances by Martial Canterel(NYC/12:30am), Envenomist(Columbus, OH/12am), Hive Mind(Ann Arbor, MI/11:30 pm), and R. Jencks(of Sixes/Deathroes/ex-Crash Worship /11pm). Doors will be at 10pm for this one and admission is a $5 donation untill 1:30am which will go towards travel expenses for the touring bands.
