This week WIERD proudly welcomes back the every-glam and glitter-encrusted cryptic Velvet coldmine of ultra-bleak pleasure THE PSYCHICS for a live performance at midnite! The Psychics is the enigmatic new musical ill-object of WIERD's own beloved long time triumphantly irregular Mr. Jay Chase...VR. You've been getting the fear seeing him starin you down from afar hiding out in the shadows in his shimmery silver leggings and slick white locks to die for, reading your sorry trembling ass, and tearin it up on the dancefloor week after week with his radically idiosyncratic, epilepti-arachnoVRorldly moves...and tonite he takes the stage with an all new backing band for the first time. God knows what to call the frightening clamour of this wildly celebratory trainwreck of trouble - maybe if a young Shane McGowan highjacked the Christian Death tourbus circa summer of '82 and locked up little Lady Rozz in a guitar case and flew in YMO's meth-head synthtechs to steal the identities of a few anonymously uncomfortable local suburban librarians at knifepoint and makem trigger the sequences, or else suffer the beyond unChase'd consequences...man who the fuck knows, its gonna be a good one tonite kiddies, shower up and get yr fleshy-fresh faces powder-prettied up for a nasty, bad trip to VRemember!

Also, and FYI you'll have to act fast on this one as spots are filling up fast - There are a limited number of reserved tickets still available for the ChameleonsVox Script Of The Bridge: Live show at WIERD on wed. November 23rd. As we announced a few weeks ago Mark is flying in the band from the UK(which this time around includes The Chameleons original drummer John Lever...VR) to play the album from start to finish! This will be the only east coast performance of this material on ChameleonsVox 2011 US Tour.
