As the cold cackling gods throw the VR dice with drunken delight from on ultra bleak high to stir and swirl our festeringly steamy black pot of latenight pleasure to pummel and compress the punk, noise and coldwave worlds into a fantastically reprehensible mess of putrefaction and death, our lovely little scatterbrained debutante of cocktail party delight stumbles on into the 3 hottest weeks of the year tonight as WIERD proudly welcomes the amazing ARCTIC FLOWERS for a live performance at midnight! We've been tryin to get this wickedly elusive band with an epic anarcho punk PDX pedigree, who've recently tightened the shackles and cracked the sticky whip into creepy crawlin the Skeletally Familial, Ghostily Dancing echoes of UK post-punk and LA deathrock's taboo baggage, to slide on into the WIERD for a long fuckin time. And finally at long last they're rollin into NYC today with the Crazily Spirited lascivious member of Viagarous manlove that is MURDERER and the hot fresh cabana boy dj flesh of Søren, Keegan and Glenn good-to-go at midnight. So come on in and climb 'Up the Punx Ass' once again this evening where you'll hopefully never belong, should be a wild one for the VRecord books.
